Who are you?

  • We're AussieYou Travel, Australia's newest and most innovative travel company. We have a collection of our own tours (Our Tours) and work with a range of awesome tour companies all around Australia (Mates Tours). If you ever message us, you're going to get a reply straight from "Head Honcho" Justin, as he's the only employee (for now). And yet he decided to write all these answers in the third person...

How can I get in touch with you?

  • There are lots of ways! Send us a message using the contact form, or message us on Facebook. We also respond to semaphore, but don't recommend using this indoors.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

  • Nope, AussieYou Travel is exclusive online only. No physical store means no expensive overheads, so we can pass on the best rates for tours and activities straight to you. 

Do you offer travel packages or special deals for booking more than one tour?

  • For sure! Indeed – we’d be happy to offer you a discount if you’re planning some sweet all-over-Australia travel. Just send us a message using the contact form and we’ll work something out.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

  • Yes we do! Select the "Open Date" when booking, then reply to the booking confirmation email to let us know that it is for someone else. We'll prepare you a customised gift voucher that you can give to them.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary for every tour company. On each tour page, you'll see "Cancellation policy", click there for specific information. We always try to match the refund and cancellation policies of our tour companies, so make sure you give us sufficient notice If you’re unsure let us know and we’ll happily run you through everything.

Is travel insurance included?

  • Travel insurance is not included with any tour by default. We really recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance and make sure it covers the activities that you'll be doing.
