Love the guides, sea and most importantly, Island!

Its perfect! Went for a day trip and initially thought itd be a rushed one since we were told the activities will end at 3.30pm. However, its over our expectation! Guess were lucky as well because the weather was SUPERB. Sunny and the wind was not so strong to have the activities get cancelled. Went for sandboarding first and it was so fun! Went for picnic lunch, it was delicious and off to water sports! The guides - Isiah, Sam and Vivi are perfect! Comical, friendly and ensure that were all well-taken care of. All in all, Moreton Island is awesome and so are the guides and activities (:

Great day with lots to see and do

Family trip on the get wrecked trip on Moreton Island today. Was a great day with lots to see and do. Kept the teenagers (and the parents) occupied. Thanks to the staff.

Great day exploring Moreton Island and the shipwrecks

We had a great day at Tangalooma Wrecks, really enjoyed the snorkelling and the kayaking and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable about the island. Would highly recommend this as a day trip.

Best experience of our life in just one day

My partner and I had the best experience of our life in just one day. Every single staff involved from when we were picked up at Roma Train Station to the ferry, staffs on the ferry and off the ferry on the Island was amazing in all ways (they made us lunch!). Special thanks to Sam, Vivi and Gordon for making someone like me afraid of water confident like I'm a pro swimmer. The experience left no one behind, everyone had a great time. Thank you so much folks, you did an amazing job, looking forward to coming back. Sincere apologies if I have missed your name but know you equally contributed to our experience.

      Kayaking was disappointing otherwise super

Overall I enjoyed the tour. They had three activities: Snorkeling, Kayaking and Sandboarding. The snorkeling was really cool. The guide was with us all the time. As I cant swim this was really good. We saw hundreds of fish swimming all around us which was cool as I was never so close to fish before. We could stand in the ocean at a point which was cool too as it was shallow there. Kayaking was disappointing. I cant swim and had never kayaked before. I thought I would go out with another person ( the kayaks were two person kayaks). However they failed to provide me with a partner as one person didnt want to go. In such a case one of the crew could have gone with me...but there were only three crew people doing the three activities so it was impossible...so in the end I was sent out alone without supervision. I did have a life jacket so I wont drown but it would have been cool if someone stayed with me. In the end I could not do it was afraid of falling in the water and had to drag back the heavy kayak all by myself back to the starting point as I was alone... The conditions were unfortunately not calm, there were strong waves. So it want cool that I was sent our alone on my first time. Sandboarding was really cool. I sat up front with the guide and had a fun time sliding down the Desert. That was fun. We did it two times which was a bit less but it does take some effort to go up the sand hill so it was ok I guess. Lunch was a picnic lunch and was tasty. The wrecks were cool to see but because I couldnt kayak, could not see them up close too much. So because of the Kayaking, Id give it a 4/5.
